Refugee mother, son who arrived in Fargo 20 years ago now say this is there "home"

The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead tells the story of four-time refugee Laetitia Mizero who landed here in Fargo, with her 3-year-old son, Yann on a chilly October day 20 years ago.

Despite the circuitous route it took for Laetitia and Yann to arrive here, they now say that this is home. Yann even has a tattoo of the outline of the state of North Dakota because he says this is the only "home" he's ever known.
