N.D. legislator Josh Boschee, who represents District 44 in Fargo, spoke about the rights and responsibilities of participation in the voting process in the upcoming elections in North Dakota and the surrounding area.
Boschee was born and raised in Minot, N.D., and learned the importance of getting involved and being a part of the solution. He moved to Fargo to attend North Dakota State University and has proudly called Fargo home ever since.
