Join us for our October International Potluck at the Plains Art Museum. This month, our theme is centered around the museum’s “The Other Four” Exhibit, which dives into experiencing art with our senses that aren’t just vision. As the description states, "Visitors to The Other Four will be able to touch the other side of the world, listen to conversations in the walls of the museum, feel and react to life-like cellular signals through handheld mechanical devices, and listen to unique sounds emitted by each planet in our solar system.” The exhibit was curated by John Schuerman and includes art by David Andree, Pedram Baldari, David Bowen, Kate Casanova, Irve Dell, Wendy Fernstrum, Alison Hiltner, Nooshin Hakim Javadi, Yevgeniya Kaganovich, Aida Shahghasemi, Ken Steinbach, and Liza Sylvestre.
